We’ve changed the Help Desk model
The old way of doing computer repair and help desk was to pay as you go. In other words you would call us, we would fix the problem, and then bill you accordingly. The problem with this model is you might feel reluctant to call us because you really don’t want to be charged for something fairly simple to fix. We get it. Also, this was a way old computer vendors could nickel and dime you for every last thing. We want to make it fair and reasonable for you to get help whenever you need it at no additional charge.
The new model is this. You pay us a monthly fee that works with your budget, then call us anytime for any problem. Whether you think it is a small issue or a big issue, call us. The more we can be working on your equipment the less you have to call us in the long run. Getting small issues fixed before they turn into larger issues saves you time and efficiency.
